1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Abrobot Technologies ("Abrobot," "we," "us," or "our"), a company operating under the laws of India with its principal place of business in Delhi. By accessing or using any Abrobot service, platform, or purchasing any plan — whether through our website, payment portal, or any other channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently register for, purchase, or use any Abrobot service. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the active supervision and with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By using our services, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract; and (c) all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Services & Plans

Abrobot provides an AI-powered platform to assist students in their study-abroad journey. We offer the following subscription plans and individual services:

Subscription Plans

  • Starter Monthly — ₹999/month (20 Credits/Month)
  • Starter Annual — ₹9,588/year (₹799/mo, save 20%)
  • Growth Monthly — ₹2,499/month (60 Credits/Month)
  • Growth Annual — ₹23,988/year (₹1,999/mo, save 20%)
  • Pro Monthly — ₹4,999/month (150 Credits/Month)
  • Pro Annual — ₹47,988/year (₹3,999/mo, save 20%)
  • Elite Monthly — ₹9,999/month (400 Credits/Month)
  • Elite Annual — ₹95,988/year (₹7,999/mo, save 20%)

Individual Services

  • SOP Optimization — ₹1,499 (Complete SOP audit with 3 feedback rounds)
  • Uni-Select 10 — ₹2,999 (Curated list of 10 tailored institutions)
  • Interview Prep — ₹1,999 (1-on-1 mock session with 60 mins AI feedback)
  • Visa Guidance — ₹3,499 (End-to-end documentation audit)

Abrobot reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or alter features, credits, or pricing at any time with reasonable notice, without affecting purchases already completed.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days; annual subscriptions renew every 365 days. Individual services are billed as a one-time payment. Failed payments may result in service suspension. Applicable GST will be displayed at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

General Policy: All purchases — including subscription plans and individual services — are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final, including in cases of change of mind, non-utilisation of credits, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Exception — Abrobot-Side Issues: In the event of a verified service failure, technical error, or an issue demonstrably on Abrobot's part (such as platform unavailability, failure to deliver a contracted service, or a confirmed billing error), we will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly. If we are unable to resolve it satisfactorily, an eligible refund will be credited to your original payment source within 7 (seven) working days from approval.

To request a refund: email contact@mnbresearch.com with your registered email and transaction ID. Our team will review within 3 business days. Chargebacks raised outside this process may result in account suspension.

6. Credits & Usage

Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at cycle end. Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Abrobot may limit usage if abnormal patterns or abuse are detected.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading content; misrepresent AI-generated content in formal applications contrary to institutional policies; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; share account credentials; or upload content that infringes intellectual property or contains harmful material. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, logos, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Abrobot Technologies, protected under Indian IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Abrobot content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Data

By using our services, you consent to collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting contact@mnbresearch.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

Abrobot provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including admission to institutions or visa approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrobot Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the event.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no prorated refund. Abrobot may suspend or terminate your account without notice for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, with no refund issued.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.

13. Amendments

Abrobot reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users appropriately. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
