How credits work
One currency for every tool.
Credits are how AbroBot meters the AI work it does for you. Simple questions cost one; heavy jobs that read whole documents or run live scans cost more. Nothing is charged until a result comes back.
Where credits come from
Free allowance
5 credits on the 26th of every month, plus a cap of 3 counsellor chats a day on the free plan. They do not roll over. New accounts also receive a one-time welcome grant of 15 credits.
Subscription
20, 60, 150 or 400 credits added each month of your plan, depending on tier. Unused monthly credits lapse when the next month's are issued.
Credit packs
Bought once, never expire, and kept in a separate balance that is used only after monthly credits are spent. Work on every plan, including free.

The rules we hold ourselves to
You only pay for results
A credit is deducted after the tool returns a usable answer. If the model fails, times out or returns something we cannot parse, nothing is charged — and if a charge was already taken, it is put back automatically and shows as a refund in your credit history.
No surprise costs
Every tool shows its price before you run it, in the sidebar and on the tool header. The price does not change with the length of your question.
Your first run is on us
The first time you use one of the SOP, LOR, resume, visa, budget or finance tools it is free, and so is your first Resume Radar report — so you can see the quality before spending credits.
Running out
When your balance reaches zero the tool tells you before running and offers a pack or a plan. Free tools keep working.
