Refund & cancellation policy

Straightforward, and mostly automatic.

Last updated 4 September 2026. Applies to every subscription, credit pack and expert service sold by AbroBot (Abrobot Technologies Private Limited).

1. When you are refunded

We refund when we fail to deliver. Specifically:

  • A tool fails. If an AI tool errors, times out or returns no usable result, the credits it would have cost are returned to your balance automatically. You will see the refund line in your credit history within a minute.
  • The service is unavailable. If the app is down for more than 24 consecutive hours in a paid month, write to us and we will credit that month back or extend your plan by the same period, whichever you prefer.
  • A payment is taken but nothing is delivered. If money is debited and no plan, pack or booking is created — or a payment is charged twice — the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
  • An expert service is not delivered on time. Each expert service carries a stated turnaround. If we miss it and cannot agree a new date with you, the fee is refunded in full.

2. When you are not refunded

Credits that have been spent on delivered results are not refundable, and a subscription month in which the service was available is not refunded once it has started. Credit packs are not refundable once any credit from the pack has been used.

3. Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time from the billing section of the app or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access and remaining credits continue until the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans are not refunded pro-rata after the first 7 days.

4. How to raise a request

Write to mridulnanda@abrobot.ai from the email on your account, with the transaction reference and what happened. We acknowledge within 2 working days and complete any refund within 7 working days. Refunds go only to the original payment method and include the GST charged.
